All ticket proceeds will be donated to the Chester County Opioid Overdose Prevention Taskforce to help bring awareness to its efforts to stop the wave of overdose related

The Chester County Overdose Prevention Taskforce and the Mark Evans Band are teaming up for a benefit concert on Saturday September 9th at Uptown! Knauer Performing Arts Center. All ticket proceeds will be donated to the Chester County Opioid Overdose Prevention Taskforce to help bring awareness to its efforts to stop the wave of overdose related deaths.

The Mark Evans Band features a rhythm section of Philly stalwarts Roy Fisher and Jeff Pancoast (of the Peace Creeps and Road Dogs), Grammy winner Pat Robinson on keys, Allen James (Kenn Kweeder, Deb Callahan) on lead guitar, The AJB String Quartet (featuring Valerie Vuolo and Alfred James), and the MEB Horns (featuring Ray Long and Bob Wagner).

Hosted by radio legend Michael Tearson, The Mark Evans Band will perform their new album release “1993” in its entirety.

Door open at 6:30pm

A meet and great reception will follow the concert.

Tickets are $20 in advance. All proceeds from ticket sales go to support this great cause.
